Master of Science in Accounting
The Master of Science in Accounting degree program may be a good fit for students who hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or another closely related field. It offers a strong theoretical foundation along with an array of professional skills that support work in accounting, including financial reporting and assurance, management control and auditing, taxation, and forensic accounting. Graduates should be equipped to work in public accounting, industry, government, or not-for-profit organizations.
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Colorado Technical University’s Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree program is designed to help students navigate management theory, ethics and leadership, critical thinking, financial reporting, and more. In addition, students can focus their education by choosing from one of 11 additional concentrations, including healthcare management, entrepreneurship, and global leadership.

Master of Science in Computer Engineering

The Bureau of Labor and Statistics estimates that employment of software developers will grow by 26 percent from 2016 - 2026.2 Colorado Technical University’s Master of Science in Computer Science (MSCS) degree program gives students the opportunity to advance their knowledge of core computer science skills so they can become leaders and change agents in their chosen industry.
The MSCS curriculum is designed to help provide graduate students with an in-depth understanding of operating systems, network architecture, and software system engineering processes. Master of Science in Cybersecurity Policy
CTU's Master of Science in Cybersecurity Policy degree program is intended to provide a basic knowledge of cybersecurity issues for managers of information technology professionals. This curriculum is designed to help students develop skills to cope with policy-level decision-making with respect to cybersecurity issues in the public or private sector. Coursework covers management, IT/computer science, and cybersecurity law and policy for those who require some baseline knowledge of cybersecurity issues, but not at the level of a technical specialist. For IT professionals interested in the more technical roles of implementing and overseeing IT systems, CTU's MSIT degree program offers a concentration in Security Management.
Master of Science in Electrical Engineering

Master of Science in Homeland Security
Colorado Technical University's Master of Science Homeland Security degree is designed to help provide students with a broad understanding of the homeland security enterprise at the strategic policy-making level. The program is geared towards homeland security practitioners and aims to provide them with analytical and communication tools that can prepare them to become decision-makers in their chosen area of expertise. Although prior knowledge or experience in the homeland security field is not required, it is highly recommended. CTU offers three concentrations for the Master of Science in Homeland Security: a general focus, emergency management and public health, and cybersecurity policy.

CTU’s Master of Science in Information Technology program offers an in-depth exploration of the ever-growing challenges enterprises face and the critical information technologies used to manage those challenges. Its goal is to help you acquire the technical and strategic leadership skills needed to design, build, integrate, and manage information technology systems and programs, and consistently tune IT strategies and offerings in alignment with the enterprise’s business goals and processes. The core courses are designed to provide a foundation in strategic management, project management, network infrastructure management, enterprise system architecture, systems security management, and enterprise data management technology.

Master of Science in Management

Master of Science in Nursing
CTU offers two Master of Science in Nursing concentrations in nursing administration and nursing education. The nursing administration program is designed to be completed in as little as 18 months while the nursing education program is designed to be completed in as little as 20 months.
MSN-NA: Nursing Administration: Students in the MSN-NA program are taught to apply new systems of thinking to effect positive change and to lead with a strong sense of personal, professional, fiscal, and ethical accountability.
MSN-NE: Nursing Education: Students in the MSN-NE program are taught nursing education principles such as the use of innovative teaching strategies, curriculum design and development, assessment and evaluation, and the application of these concepts in nursing practice and virtual environments.

Master of Science in Systems Engineering
Colorado Technical University's Master of Science in Systems Engineering degree program is designed to help meet the needs for skilled professionals who can manage the development of complex engineering systems. It aims to provide technical depth in engineering topics covering the overall process of defining, developing, operating, maintaining, and ultimately replacing quality systems.

The program emphasizes the use of quantitative methods, especially the use of MATLAB to facilitate modeling, simulation, and decision making in the presence of uncertainty.
