Doctoral courses are 11 weeks long (1 term) and are offered at the Full Time pace of 2 courses, Part Time pace of 1 course, or a Standard pace that has 1 course then 2 every other term.

CTU Fast Track™ is an innovative series of self-assessment exams that is designed to tap into the knowledge you've acquired through your work and life experiences. If you pass a Fast Track exam you can receive full credit for the course, and save on time and money.1

Transfer Courses2
CTU students may take a shorter, more cost-efficient path to graduation by transferring qualifying credit from courses previously completed at a recognized institution. CTU undergraduate students, with prior college experience, who provided an official transcript, typically transfer-in about 40 quarter credits, or approximately 8 courses. Military Savings
CTU supports military students and is proud to offer a military tuition rate3 for active duty personnel and their spouses that is lower than our civilian rate. We also offer an evaluation of military training for qualifying credit.5

CTU students may work for a company or organization that offers tuition reimbursement to employees who are focused on pursuing their education.

CTU Sponsored Grants4
CTU offers students the opportunity to take advantage of a number of institutional grants and scholarships4 that can help reduce the cost of their education.
For example, our Lifelong Learning Grant recognizes CTU alumni who have received their degree and intend to continue on to pursue their next level degree at CTU.
CTU also offers the Liberty Grant to veterans of the military and their eligible spouses not using Chapter 33 Post 9/11 GI Bill® benefits.
