Leave our workshops with professional best practices, fresh insights and diverse perspectives in your field of study.

Leadership Speaker Series

At CTU, we believe industry leaders have something to share beyond just their technical skills and capabilities. Therefore, we created the Leadership Series to give students an opportunity to see industry leaders through a different lens. At each event, industry leaders draw from their personal and professional experiences, and share their perspectives and advice on leadership with students, faculty and the greater community. The goal of the CTU Leadership Series is to increase awareness, facilitate learning and promote positive change through engaging conversations with well-known leaders from a variety of organizations.

Professional Association Nights

At CTU Denver South, you’ll find we host a variety of events designed to stimulate your professional interests, expand your network, and introduce you to a variety of resources upon which you can rely throughout your educational journey and on into your career. One such series is our Professional Association Nights which provides students and alumni with the opportunity to interact with and learn more about professional industry groups such as Toastmasters, United Service Organizations (USO), the Colorado Technology Association, and the Project Management Institute (PMI). Professional Association Nights are an easy way to get more details about membership in these organizations, connect with other individuals who have backgrounds and interests similar to your own, and even identify potential career opportunities in your field.

Employer Spotlight Tables

CTU Denver South invites local employers to participate in our CTU Employer Spotlight Table series, designed to provide students with an easy way to interact with an employer from the local community and learn more about the organization, its culture and any available job opportunities. At each Employer Spotlight Table, students can introduce themselves to professionals from a specific employer and gain insights into their recruiting practices, along with a few inside tips for navigating the application and interview processes.
