The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management is a 180-credit hour program that is offered online and at the Colorado Springs campus. It consists of 66 general education credits, 86 credit hours devoted to the business administration core, and 28 credit hours in the healthcare management concentration.
The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration is designed to provide students with foundational business knowledge, linking industry concepts with real-world examples that foster applied learning to help students prepare to pursue opportunities in the healthcare industry. Students work to develop proficiency in business tools/techniques and the principles/skills of management. The program builds on technical skills and soft skills to support the student’s professional growth. Students will study healthcare management which includes the legal, ethical, and regulatory issues governing the healthcare field.
This program does not lead to additional licensure or certification. As such, CTU has made no determination regarding prerequisites for licensure or certification in any state or jurisdiction.

In this Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) - Healthcare Management program, you study a mix of general education, program core courses, and concentration courses, which may include World Values and Cultures, Finance Literacy in Today’s World, Business Policies and Strategies, Fiscal Management in Healthcare Services, and HRM Legal Environment. Students study general business and industry-specific skills and relevant tools taught by industry professionals.
The BSBA degree program is offered online and on our Colorado Springs and Denver South campuses approximately every 5 weeks. Completion of the CTU admissions process will depend on how quickly you complete the steps in the CTU online application process. You may complete the application process over the phone with an advisor, or you may go online. Once you’ve completed the online application, you may hear from an advisor within 24 hours to discuss the next steps toward starting your degree program.
The BSBA - Healthcare Management program consists of 180 credits. CTU Fast Track™ exams offer the opportunity to earn college credit for what you already know – allowing you to complete your degree up to 30% faster.1
