Academic Support for Military Students
CTU's Student Advising team members assist and support students throughout their academic journey. We are here to help students; to be an advocate, a support system, a liaison; and to assist with understanding university policies and procedures. Student Advisors will help promote student-professor interaction and communications, contact students regarding academic progress, and help to promote a proactive approach to balancing educational goals with work and family life.
Once you have started to progress through your first course and through the remainder of your degree program, you will have a team of Military Student Advisors available to assist you with your transition to the learning environment. Your Military Student Advising Team will become your main point of contact for the University and can assist you with any questions you have during your time with CTU.

If you are unsure if you will be able to continue your military education program for the length of your deployment or while en route to your new assignment, contact your Military Academic Advisor to discuss a number of military friendly solutions.
Many CTU faculty members bring years of knowledge and practical experience to their classrooms, which means you, can receive a relevant education that you may be able to apply in the military or to a job after your tour of duty.
Online Academic Library
At Colorado Technical University, you'll have access to a full academic library, completely online. That means the texts, journals, articles and thousands of resources are at your fingertips, whenever and wherever you need them.
In the midst of boundless struggles, whether physical or emotional, CTU has been a ray of sunshine on a rather difficult personal journey. My Bachelors of Psychology in Organizational Management will help me achieve my dreams and allow me to be an example to my children that no matter how difficult a situation, giving up is not an option.
Unable to participate in many of the things I once enjoyed, I developed an interest in computers and would like to turn my newfound passion into a career in information technology. With this scholarship and a desire to keep moving forward, even in the face of adversity, that is exactly what I intend to do.
The journey is very challenging. There will be times when you will fall, you will struggle, you will be tested. But if you are dedicated to your goals and reach out to the staff, I believe you will achieve your goals.
