It covers the roles and responsibilities of leadership, approaches to leading change initiative, individual and group reaction to change as well as placing an emphasis on learning how to improve organizational effectiveness.

CTU’s MSM in Organizational Leadership and Change degree program is designed to help you develop your decision making abilities and increase your self-awareness as a manager of organizational change in situations ranging from small groups to complex organizations, including multicultural environments.
