CTU Pays Tribute to Service Members with Flag Monument

CTU Military Service Flag MonumentThe Colorado Springs campus of Colorado Technical University dedicated its military flag monument with a service on Saturday morning, October 11, 2014.

This permanent monument celebrates the military service of current students, alumni, and all those who currently serve or have served in the armed forces.

CTU has a long-standing relationship with the military, and the Veteran Affairs service center located at the Colorado Springs campus addresses the unique needs of active duty students, student veterans, and military spouses.

The military monument dedication ceremony included remarks from CTU’s Homeland Security and Wounded Warrior Program Director Bob Lally and CTU President Andrew Hurst.

Members of CTU’s Student Veterans Organization presented the colors, and local high school student Kenneth Tate sang the National Anthem.
