CTU Faculty Spotlight: Daniel Lambert
What is a literature professor made of? Love poems, archery, and action figures! Colorado Technical University instructor Daniel Lambert started teaching Literature: A Reflection of Life (LITR201) in 2010 (although it was World Literature back then). He says he enjoys teaching because it allows him to pass his "knowledge to a new generation."
In addition to instructing college students, Lambert publishes fiction, articles, and poems in many publications. He published a poetry collection called Love and Other Diversions and his poem "My Ode to Joy" won the Shakespeare award from the Torrence Performing Arts Consortium.
Outside of teaching, Lambert attends Renaissance fairs and participates in archery events. And, as promised, he also collects Star Wars action figures. That’s what a literature professor is made of.
