Bob Witte- Vice President of Technology Leadership Organization at Keysight Technologies (Formerly Agilent)

Bob has worked in a variety of test and measurement product lines for Agilent Technologies (formerly Hewlett-Packard), mostly in R&D assignments. He currently leads the central R&D organization for Keysight that is focused on applied research, ASIC development, microwave circuit technology, common hardware and software components and engineering services.

Bob is the author of two books related to electronic test instruments and is a Senior Member of the IEEE.

Dr. Rich Russel- Senior Business Development Engineer at Northrop Grumman

Dr. Russel is currently a Senior Business Development Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation in Colorado Springs, CO. Dr. Russel is the former Chief Architect for the Satellite Control Network Contract (SCNC). In this capacity he was charged with planning the future architecture of the Air Force Satellite Control Network (AFSCN) and extending the vision to the Integrated Satellite Control Network (ISCN)

Charles H. Piersall III- Deputy Associate Director, Modeling & Simulation at the Missile Defense Agency, Former Systems Engineer Manager at Lockheed Martin

Mr. Piersall has extensive experience in leading the development of complex Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) models and simulations. He pioneered the use of Agile Software Development methods for multiple models and simulations within the MDA. He also led the development and implementation of a complex end-to-end simulation of the Ballistic Missile Defense System that was used on Capitol Hill to inform US Law Makers of the complexities of Missile Defense.

Gabriel Lawson - Vice President, Technical Project Management and Quality Assurance at PGi and Founder of Leadership for VP's of Software Engineering in the Greater Denver Area

Mr. Lawson worked as a software engineer and architect before taking on various VP and SVP roles as a Software Development Executive, where he pioneered new techniques in emotional and organizational intelligence to increase productivity and effectiveness.
