    CTU’s Master of Business Administration degree program includes 48 total credit hours of required instruction. These include 32 hours of core classes and an additional 16 hours of concentration credits. In total, the MBA degree consists of:

    • Core Education: The core Master of Business Administration coursework provides a broad foundation of essential business administration concepts, theories and practices. Core education courses in the program include Applied Managerial Accounting, Leadership and Ethical Decision-Making, and Strategic Human Capital Management.
    • Concentration: Students who pursue an MBA degree will also complete 16 hours of coursework relating specifically to their area of interest or chosen industry. These courses address a range of business administration strategies and procedures applicable to a number of specific career fields. Concentration courses in the MBA program include Financial Reporting, Marketing in the Digital Age, IT Management, and Entrepreneurial Strategy, Planning and Leadership.
    • Capstone: During the last quarter of the program students will complete a Management Capstone. This final project allows students to apply the skills learned in both core and concentration courses to a business administration scenario relevant to their chosen industry.
