The CTU Career Services team coordinates efforts between employers and CTU's Center for Business and Community Partnerships to help our students and graduates maximize opportunities in a challenging job market. Our skilled career services professionals offer personalized services including:

Extreme Makeover: Self Edition Career Services Event | Thursday, August 6, 2009, 5-8 pm. Students, Alumni, High School Seniors and their parents are invited to prepare for a bright future by attending this free event that includes tours of the campus as well as our medical and criminal justice labs, workshops on budgeting, planning your high school senior year, how to write a cover letter and resume as well as tips on interviewing techniques. So You Want To Start A Business: The Good, The Bad, and the Helpful Entrepreneurship Conference | August 6, 2009, 6:00 – 8:00 PM | CTU Sioux Falls
Current CTU students, alumni, and the public at-large are invited to attend this conference that will focus on how to launch a successful business. The conference will feature a keynote speaker, along with various local entrepreneurs and business development officials in a two panel format. The event is free; however, space is limited. CTU Career Services will host the first workshop of the Q2, 902B Session on Thursday, May 28. Adam Malson, Director of Career Services at CTU – Online, will present. This workshop will provide an overview of the 2009 job market for college graduates, and will offer some tested 'Best Practices' for breaking into your field of study in the most challenging job market in a generation.
