U.S. Army ROTC Program & Scholarships

ROTC may be the smartest college course you can take. Army ROTC offers opportunities and challenges that can put you on the fast track to success in life. You can develop the confidence, self-esteem, motivation and leadership skills you'll need regardless of your career plans. The qualities that ROTC training instills will be vital to a productive and rewarding future.

Army ROTC is an elective course that provides a combination of academics and important hands-on training. You'll be offered physical and mental challenges geared to help you succeed in college and beyond. You can learn teamwork and be given responsibilities like teaching younger cadets the same skills you have learned.

Leadership, personal growth, practical experience, management training, responsibility: They are essential to success in college and in your career. And they are just some of the benefits you can gain in Army ROTC.

The Army ROTC Scholarship Programs

The Army ROTC (2,3,4 year) Scholarship Programs provide financial assistance for the education and training of highly qualified and motivated young men and women who desire to be commissioned as officers in the Army after graduation from college.

The Army ROTC Green to Gold Programs provide selected active duty enlisted members of the Army an opportunity to complete their baccalaureate degree requirements and obtain a commission through participation in the ROTC programs.

The Army ROTC Four-Year Scholarship Program gives students who have graduated from high school the opportunity to attend college and also earn a commission through participation in the ROTC scholarship program. What is ROTC? Leadership That Lasts a Lifetime

Army ROTC is an elective curriculum you take at the University of Colorado - Colorado Springs along with your required college courses at one of our CTU ground campuses. It gives you the tools, training and experiences that will help you succeed in any competitive environment. Along with great leadership training, Army ROTC can pay for your college tuition if you qualify and are accepted into ROTC.

Who the Army is Looking For

Those who succeed in the Army ROTC program are students who excel and want something more out of the college experience. Generally, these students are scholars who keep their grades up, athletes who are physically strong and leaders who have a great desire to learn.

Nursing Program

If you're considering an undergraduate Nursing degree, enrolling in Army ROTC can enhance your leadership skills and critical thinking abilities while providing financial support to help make your professional goals a reality.
