Colorado Technical University’s Associate of Science in Health Administration Services degree program is designed to help students become familiar with the healthcare delivery system and understand the need to develop supervisory and interpersonal skills, all of which can be essential in this field.     While our emphasis is on teaching administrative skills that can help you get started in the field of healthcare administration, this program can also give you the foundation needed to continue on for a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Management. The program is designed to help students prepare to take the Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) exam1 and fulfills associate level requirements for students seeking to continue on in the Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management degree program. This program does not include medical coding instruction.
