The intent of this degree program is to enable you to develop the leadership abilities and vision to pursue successful management careers. To that end, it focuses on the importance of leadership as it pertains to the complete spectrum of management responsibilities, and covers key areas contained in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) - considered to be the industry standard by the Project Management Institute (PMI®). Topics studied include: time and conflict management, HR management, risk analysis and management, scheduling techniques and many others.
