The MBA-MDR degree program is designed for mediation professionals that have earned the Advanced Practitioner of Mediation (APM) designation of the Institute for Advanced Dispute Resolution (IADR). The field of mediation has become increasingly significant in modern business environments as it can prevent costly litigation, worker strikes and other disruptions. The degree program was designed with the direction of leaders in management to help you learn and develop mediation process skills and conflict resolution procedures for use in the workplace.
