My goal is to inspire students to excel as visionaries in their field and collaborate with a high degree of professionalism. I am “in” CTU to support to culture of excellence in research and practice.

What is your teaching philosophy?

My teaching philosophy inspires the students’ ability to utilize the information being offered. Application of theory is imperative for students’ advancement in the field of business. By engaging students in an interactive classroom, my teaching style combines experience, knowledge, energy, compassion and a “can do” attitude. Successful professional development as a leader in business is derived from passion and preparation in effective teaching or learning. As a teacher of management, I am committed to continuously improving myself and my students by remaining current on competitive advantages within a global business economy. The ideal environment in my classroom fosters a “safe” community to grow, stretch, and gain professional leadership through theory and practical applications. I excel in atmospheres that permit dialogue and drive a extraordinary degree of student interaction.

Aside from higher education, what else are you passionate about?

I am passionate about observing culture through international traveling. It is inspiring to me to witness how other people live. The opportunity to connect with people across the global inspires innovation.
