Repayment of Financial Aid at CTU

It is important to understand that most types of financial aid come in the form of student loans that must be repaid when you leave school. At Colorado Technical University, we can not only work with you throughout the Financial Aid process, we can also provide you with resources when the time comes to repay your student loans.

When you leave CTU, you will have access to a Student Loan Coordinator who will stay in contact with you regarding the repayment of your student loans. The Coordinator can provide you with information regarding grace periods, deferment, forbearance, and more. This individual can ensure you have all the knowledge necessary to set up a payment plan with your lender that suits your individual needs.

For those who really like to plan ahead, we have provided student loan repayment resources you can review before you even begin your classes. Below you will find links to the Department of Education's website on loan repayment, a loan repayment calculator, a consolidation payment calculator, and also a budget calculator. Please take the time to review these resources to gain a full perspective on your student loan borrowing.
