    As the Manager of Experiential Learning, Stacia has the primary responsibility for developing, organizing, and maintaining experiential learning opportunities for all CTU students in cooperation with Academics, Student Life, and other university departments.  She supports the mission, goals, and objectives of the University through coordinating all aspects of the Career Advantage Program across various degree programs.

    Stacia has been employed with CTU since 2004 working in a variety of roles within the Academics department including Student Advising and Learning Services.  Stacia earned her B.S. in Psychology and M.S. in Clinical-Counseling Psychology from Illinois State University, and is currently pursuing her Ed. D. in Adult and Higher Education from Northern Illinois University. 

    Frank Biancorosso

    Frank brings over seven years of experience in higher education as well as industry experience in recruiting, corporate development and training. Frank earned his B.A. degree in History from Northeastern Illinois University and his M.A degree in Human Resource Management form Keller Graduate School of Management. Frank is dedicated to connecting CTU students/alumni with employers, and oversees our Career Snapshot and Employer Profile webinar series.  He also processes employment leads through our CTU/Optimal Resume website.
  • Anthony Zagajewski
    Experiential Learning Specialist

  • Anthony Zagajewski joined CTU two years ago in Student Advising and within his first year was promoted to a Team Lead position. Anthony currently works as a part of the Career Advantage Program in the Career Services Department as an Experiential Learning Specialist.  Anthony has been involved in many initiatives over the years that have positively impacted our students, including the Student Newsletter, serving as a Social Media Ambassador, and conducting the Admissions New Hiring Training for the Department of Military Education (DOME). He has also served as a point of contact for our Hybrid student population and hosted numerous trainings for these students, including orientation. Anthony earned his B.A. in Psychology with an additional major in Human Resources from Michigan State University, and is currently pursuing his Executive MBA from CTU.
