Since 1965, CTU has aimed to serve the needs of students for employment and career pursuits, as well as the needs of industry for qualified professionals at the associate, bachelor's, master's and doctorate levels.

What does it cost to post employment opportunities in Optimal Resume?
Nothing. This is a free service CTU provides to enhance our student experience and assist employers in locating qualified applicants.
Are there guidelines or policies that apply to employers?
Yes. CTU requires participating employers to treat our students, employees and alumni with dignity and respect. Employment practices must be professional at all times. CTU will investigate complaints of unethical behavior. We encourage students, alumni and employers to contact us with any questions or concerns.
Can my organization contact students directly?
Yes. All employers have unlimited access to view student resumes in Optimal Resume. However, in order to see the student’s contact information you must subscribe to Resume GPS.
How can we make our organization more visible to students?
Posting job openings on Optimal Resume is the best way to be visible to our students who are encouraged to post their resumes and check for positions on a frequent basis.
How can my organization recruit CTU students?
In addition to posting openings directly to Optimal Resume, employers are encouraged to participate in our live Employer Profile webinar series.
What do we do once we make an offer to a student?
We would appreciate it if you would provide our Employer Development Team with feedback once you hire a CTU student or alumni.
Are there any contractual agreements required?
No. Our services are open to employers at no charge and with no obligation to CTU. You are free to hire any student or alumnus you find via Optimal Resume or any other means.
