AMY CROFT
Director of Career Services, Online Campus Support Center
Amy joined Colorado Technical University in January, 2010 after serving as Director of Career Services at Trinity International University for six years, and in management for Sprint and Panasonic for over eleven years. Amy earned her BA in English with a minor in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University and her MA in Counseling Ministries from Trinity International University. Amy is the creator of CTU's popular “Steps to Success” webinar series and co-creator of the UNIV 201, 202 and 203 Career Planning and Management courses. Amy is an active member of the National Association of Colleges & Employers and the National Career Development Association. She is a career coach as well as a frequent presenter on employment and career-related topics within her community. Amy is currently pursuing her NBI Whole Brain Assessment and the Clifton StrengthsFinder Assessment Practitioner Certifications.
MARISSA BANKER
Director of Career Services, Denver Campuses
Marissa joined CTU in August, 2011 as the Director of Career Services for the Denver region (Denver South and Denver North Campuses). She comes to CTU with a vast amount of experience with counseling and post-secondary educational institution experience in Career Services and Employer Relations. As the Director of Career Services, Marissa is responsible for assisting students and graduates with overall employment process including resume writing, job searching techniques, cover letters and interviewing technique. Marissa has developed employer relationships with local and national companies for students and graduates looking to find employment within their field of study. Marissa is an active member of NACE (National Association of Colleges and Employers) and CACCS (Colorado Association of Career Colleges and Schools). Marissa earned a Bachelor of Science in Counseling Psychology from Mesa State College and a Master's Degree in Educational Counseling from the University of Phoenix.
ELDONNA DAVIS
Director of Career and Student Services, Kansas City Campus
Eldonna leads the career and student services teams at Colorado Technical University in Kansas City, MO. Eldonna provides an extensive background in career management, resource identification and networking, human resource management and in assisting people as they maximize their personal potential. She has been with CTU since the Kansas City campus opened in 2005, transferring from another CEC school, where she directed career services since 1999. Eldonna is a native of Kansas City and graduate of Grinnell College, Grinnell, Iowa. Her degree is in communications and psychology, with teaching certification. She is an active member of SHRM-KC, serving as the co-chair of the Workforce Readiness Committee, and of KACE (Kansas Association of Colleges and Employers) where she has been part of the planning committee. Eldonna received recognition from the Northland Regional Chamber of Commerce with the Excellence in Education Award in 2010. She has worked extensively in the human resource and rehabilitation communities in the Kansas City area. Her focus is to identify “work-abilities” that could lead to successful careers, supporting students throughout the student life cycle and as they connect with employers for continued pursuits. She believes in the power of relationships for results and the potential of people to accomplish outstanding things.
JASON RAMSEY
Director of Career Services, Southern Colorado Campuses
Jason joined CTU in May 2011 as the Director of Career Services for the Southern Colorado region – Colorado Springs and Pueblo campuses. He comes to CTU with a vast amount of experience with post-secondary educational institution experience in a Career Services role. As the Director of Career Services Jason is responsible for assisting students and graduates with resume writing, job searching techniques, cover letters and overall employment pursuits across the country. Jason has developed employer relations with local companies, and has developed contacts throughout the country for students and graduates who wish to re-locate out of the Colorado region. Jason is also involved with the major military installations throughout the Southern Colorado area including Fort Carson, Peterson Air Force Base, Schriever Air Force Base and the United States Air Force Academy. Jason is retired from the United States Marine Corps and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin and a Master's Degree in Business from the University of Phoenix.
WYLLA SATTERNESS
Director of Career Services, Sioux Falls Campus
As the Director of Career Services, Wylla is responsible for assisting Sioux Falls students and graduates in aspects of a career search; including cover letter and resume writing, interviewing skills, and job search strategies. Wylla partners with alumni and local employers to foster knowledge of the local employment community and promote hiring of CTU graduates. Under her direction, CTU Sioux Falls hosts quarterly career/networking events. Wylla joined the CTU Sioux Falls team in June, 2004. Prior to joining CTU, Wylla was an executive search consultant in Information Technology for thirteen years. In addition, she has worked in the public sector in planning as well as private industry in market research. Wylla is actively involved in the South Dakota Association of College Career Centers (SDACCC) as Treasurer and as Local Arrangements Chair of their annual BIG Job Fair. She is a member of the Sioux Empire Society of Human Resource Management (SESHRM) and serves as the CTU liaison to the Student SESHRM Chapter. Wylla received a Bachelor’s degree from South Dakota State University.

CHRIS BALLMAN
Senior Career Consultant, Online Campus Support Center
Chris was promoted to Senior Career Consultant in October, 2011. Chris spends the majority of his time assisting CTU’s Master degree students and alumni. Chris is the co-creator of the UNIV 201/202/203 Career Planning & Management courses and regularly teaches one section per term. Chris has extensive experience in career services and higher education, and over 10 years of recruiting and training experience in both corporate and agency settings. Chris earned his B.A. in History from Carthage College, his M.S. in Human Resources from Loyola University in Chicago, and is currently pursuing his M.S. in Special Education from Dominican University. Chris also holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and is an active member of NACE and NACD.
FRANK BIANCOROSSO
Career Consultant, Online Campus Support Center
Frank brings over seven years of experience in higher education as well as industry experience in recruiting, corporate development and training. Frank earned his B.A. degree in History from Northeastern Illinois University and his M.A degree in Human Resource Management form Keller Graduate School of Management. Frank is committed to serving CTU's information technology students and is passionate about career counseling, employer outreach and promoting advanced education.
LYNN FAGERLIE
Career Consultant, Online Campus Support Center
Lynn is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a strong commitment to helping empower students by providing them with the tools they need to succeed in today’s competitive job market. As a dedicated professional with over 20 years of experience in the business world, she uses her diverse background in marketing and management to help job seekers effectively market themselves to hiring managers. Lynn earned her B.G.S. degree in Psychology and M.A. degree in Clinical Professional Psychology from Roosevelt University. Lynn’s primary career coaching focus is on CTU’s accounting, finance, psychology and general studies students as well as CTU alumni.
LOREN GREGOIRE
Career Consultant, Online Campus Support Center
Loren works primarily with our healthcare students and alumni. Loren is a licensed counselor and has a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southern Illinois University. She also completed a Career Services Internship at DePaul University. Loren is especially passionate about community outreach opportunities.
RAFAEL HERRERA
Career Consultant, Online Campus Support Center
Rafael has a Master’s in Community Counseling from Argosy University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago. Rafael brings with him experience in career development working with students through career and lifestyle courses, career coaching, student clubs, and research. Rafael primarily works with CTU students and alumni in our Criminal Justice programs and publishes our bi-weekly career services newsletter.
STEPHANIE SAJDAK
Career Consultant, Online Campus Support Center
Stephanie began serving our students and graduates with Business Administration degrees when she joined the team in April 2011. Stephanie has a background in higher education, advising, and not-for-profit organizations. She completed her M.Ed. in Community Counseling from Loyola University Chicago and her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from North Central College.
JESSICA SELVIK
Career Consultant, Online Campus Support Center
Jessica joined the Career Services team in August, 2010, with extensive experience in career development, higher education, corporate Human Resources and the non-profit sector. Jessica has had the opportunity to provide job coaching to a variety of audiences including executives, adults with disabilities, graduate and undergraduate students. Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science (Urban Studies minor) from Elmhurst College with a Magna Cum Laude distinction. She also went on to obtain her Master of Science in Human Services from National Louis University with Summa Cum Laude distinction. Jessica holds a National Counselor certification from the National Board of Certified Counselors.
AVERY WILLIAMS
Career Consultant, Online Campus Support Center
While Avery currently specializes in professional cover letter and resume critiques, her experience and skills cover a wide range of career services. Avery utilizes her business and higher education experience working with all degree programs and is comfortable coaching students and alumni at various stages in their career development. Avery is also a key player in the development of our new Career Services Virtual Campus Portal. Avery has a B.S. degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University and a M.A. degree in Human Services - Counseling from National Louis University. She is also a certified Career Management Coach and a certified Administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
DARYL WILLIAMS
Career Consultant, Online Campus Support Center
Daryl offers over a decade of experience working for Fortune 500, non-profit, and private corporations in the Chicago, IL, area in customer service, sales, and management capacities. He earned an MBA and an M.S. in Human Resource Management and Development from National-Louis University. As an Executive Board Member and volunteer with a Lake County, IL, non-profit organization, Daryl presents career related workshops to groups ranging from teens to adults. His passions lie in empowering individuals to achieve their goals. Daryl is currently working with our business and healthcare students and alumni.
