Transcript Request Instructions

Transcript requests are fulfilled through Docufide, a company specializing in secure transcript delivery. Docufide manages processing and delivery; the school retains the official transcript data.*

Ordering specifics

As part of a one-time account setup, you will be asked to provide the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number for identity verification. Enrollment months, years, and your student ID are required for registration on the Docufide website. Please contact the registrar’s office, choosing from the campus list below, for this information, prior to registration on the Docufide website.

Transcript Fee is assessed regardless of transcript hold status. If you have an outstanding balance preventing release of your transcript, we will not be able to issue your official transcript. Please contact the registrar’s office, choosing from the campus list below, for this information.

If you have access to the student portal please make your transcript request there.

Cost and Delivery time

  • $5.00 - Transcript (electronic or paper) requested electronically through Docufide
  • $30.00 - Overnight/US Mail delivery

Transcript fee must be paid by credit card or debit card at the time of order. For orders paying by check or money order, you will not be able to use the online request system, please contact the registrar’s office, choosing from the campus list below, the process and cost may differ.
