Air University Associate to Baccalaureate Cooperative Program

AU-ABC

The Air University (AU) Associate to Baccalaureate Cooperative (ABC) program is a special initiative between the Air Force and civilian higher education institutions designed to offer baccalaureate degree opportunities to every Air Force enlisted member.  Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) graduates with selected associate of applied science degrees are eligible to enroll in Colorado Technical University's fully online Bachelor of Science in Management (BSM) degree program.  This unique CTU AU-ABC degree program allows Airmen to obtain their BSM in no more than 59 semester hours (88 quarter hours) while accepting 62 semester hours (94 quarter hours) in transfer credit from their applicable CCAF degree.

Airmen with the following CCAF degrees are eligible to participate in the CTU AU-ABC BSM program:

  • Airway Science
  • Aviation Management (formerly Airport Resource Management)
  • Aviation Operations
  • Contracts Management
  • Criminal Justice
  • Education and Training Management
  • Emergency Management (formerly Disaster Preparedness)
  • Financial Management
  • Health Care Management
  • Human Resource Management (formerly Personnel Administration)
  • Information Management
  • Instructor of Technology and Military Science
  • Logistics
  • Maintenance Production Management
  • Public Affairs
  • Restaurant, Hotel and Fitness Management (formerly Fitness, Recreation and Services Management)
  • Safety
  • Social Services

CTU also welcomes CCAF graduates with degrees not listed above to explore our many online and campus-based degree opportunities. CTU provides CCAF graduates with appropriate transfer credit depending the CCAF degree and the CTU program.
