CTU Heath Highlights Newsletter

Welcome!

The purpose of this quarterly newsletter is to provide information on the exciting activities of the health programs within CTU. This newsletter will help highlight all of the innovative ways we work together as a team to meet the Objectives, Goals, Strategies, and Measures (OGSMs) of the university.

Lots of changes occurred in 2010. One of these was bringing me on board as the Senior Program Director for Health. I have enjoyed learning about CTU, its program offerings, and working with the great team of professionals.I have a diverse background ranging from working for a large computer corporation specializing in healthcare systems, to working as a Director of Business Services for a medium-sized hospital, and a Practice Administrator for a medium-sized practice.

My educational experience includes Associate Dean for Business and Healthcare for a community college, administration, mentoring and teaching for many ground and online universities, and consulting. I earned my doctorate from Capella University in
Organization and Management with concentrations in Healthcare Administration and Information Technology.

I look forward to sharing the journey with you in the College of Health Sciences at Colorado Technical University!
