CTU's Bachelor of Science in Project Management (BSPM) degree is designed to provide you with the basic tools, techniques and skills needed to effectively organize and manage projects. The curriculum can cover the process and knowledge areas defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI) in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®), considered to be the industry standard by the Project Management Institute (PMI®). In addition, the program integrates business foundation courses with the theory and practice of project management in order to help develop equipped and skilled project managers. The program utilizes a practical approach, helping to develop project team skills.
