What is your teaching philosophy?

Aim for your best and give it your best. Never underestimate your abilities! Every day try to make progress on your goals. At the end of a year, you will have come a very long way with some daily progress.

Aside from higher education, what else are you passionate about?

I have a daily fitness routine involving adaptive cardiovascular training and at least three different weight machines. I sing gospel, carols, hymns and sacred vocal music while accompanying myself on my Yamaha grand piano. I enjoy international travel and health program development abroad (Saudi Arabia, China, Thailand, South Korea), especially with former graduate students.
